My name is Dafni Berikaki, and I bring to this journey a rich blend of academic expertise and practical experience in child development and education.

 I hold a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from Athens (GR), a master’s in Health and Social Psychology from Maastricht (NL), and a diploma in Narrative Psychotherapy from the Dulwich Center (AUS). Additionally, I am a certified Mindfulness Coach and a trained Marte Meo practitioner.

Over the years, I have worked in diverse educational settings—as a daycare and preschool teacher in Rotterdam, The Hague, and Nicosia, as an Assistant Education Manager in an international daycare in The Hague, and currently as a Kindergarten Education Manager in Nicosia. These experiences have allowed me to understand the unique challenges educators and parents face while fostering children’s growth and well-being.

My mission is to help parents and educators discover effective ways to communicate and connect with children, ensuring that every child feels seen, heard, and supported. I firmly believe in the power of community and collaboration, and my goal is to create a space where professionals can share insights, strategies, and tools to enhance their impact on young lives.

Through this platform, I aim to merge my expertise in psychology, pedagogy, and mindfulness to provide practical, evidence-based solutions for the challenges of modern caregiving and education.
